For best targets, find users between 75% to 100% of your battlescore (listed below) for 3x FF. Since Torn uses a natural logarithmic scale for base respect, it is recommended to find targets with high level and FF for high respect gained from the target. Since some of these users are active, older stat estimates may no longer be accurate.
